  • A private network that is password protected and under your control
  • A computer or device that meets our minimum system requirements

Work from Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% work from home, and we're unable to consider applicants who do not meet our required internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.

Basic Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
