About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with likely extensions, offering a competitive hourly rate of $19. You'll work remotely from North Carolina, Monday to Friday, from 11 am to 3 pm.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards
  • Creating work orders and capturing structured data for each issue to provide audit trails and statistical analysis
  • Processing and responding to emails according to standard procedures
  • Performing other team-specific tasks as assigned

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Payroll processing knowledge (preferred)
  • SAP experience (preferred)
