Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to educate and assist customers with their warranty-related inquiries
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior representatives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on conflict resolution and issue escalation
  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
