Product Operations Customer Manager (full/part/freelance)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-13

We build software for the people who build the physical world. Your job is to make a tangible difference in manufacturing by connecting, inspiring, and helping the people who build the machines and tools around us. We are looking for a technical all-rounder who systematically zeroes in on the core issues our customers face and fixes them. You won't just be managing a backlog; you’ll be breaking internal bottlenecks, leading cross-functional teams, and pushing our AI and IoT capabilities forward. What You’ll Be Doing Drive Product & Features: You will gather requirements, lead the implementation of new features, and present these updates directly to the market. Break Bottlenecks: You have a low tolerance for inefficiency. If customer onboarding (or any internal workflow) is slow, you will prototype a solution and automate it across the company. Lead Innovation: You will take point on our AI and IoT projects, turning abstract concepts into functioning, deployed tools. Ground Decisions in Data: You will analyze how features are actually being used, survey the market, and lead content/marketing initiatives backed by hard numbers and statistics—not just gut feelings. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: You will act as the bridge between engineering, customer success, and the shopfloor, keeping everyone aligned and moving fast. Snacks of your choice. Support for professional certifications and development. Opportunities to grow your hard and soft skills within a diverse team. Collaboration in a dynamic startup environment with a motivated and young team. 25 days of vacation annually. Unlimited home office or offsite work flexibility. Excellent work-life balance with regular social team events. (at least 2 should match) CAD/CAM experience (shopfloor experience) IoT experience Product management experience (or QA/testing or customer success) coding experience Apply To This Job
