Project Manager (Payroll Systems)
We're partnering with a highly unionized organization, to find a skilled Project Manager for a temporary role lasting *27-52 weeks + extend.* The position involves leading complex transformation initiatives in Time & Attendance systems, ensuring compliance and seamless integration. This opportunity is based in a hybrid on-site environment. *Hybrid onsite in Culver City, CA* *Payroll Systems and Special Projects Manager Responsibilities:*
- Lead large-scale initiatives to transform Time & Attendance systems, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Interpret collective bargaining agreements and configure system rules for overtime, premiums, and penalties.
- Develop and document detailed requirements, process flows, and automation opportunities.
- Support system integration, data validation, testing strategies, and reconciliation processes.
*Payroll Systems and Special Projects Manager Qualifications:*
- Over 10 years in payroll, time & attendance, and system implementation roles.
- Extensive experience operating in a union environment.
- Familiarity with systems like UKG Pro, Workday, or Infor, and their integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and data proficiency.
- Proven leadership in large-scale transformation projects.
