A leading organization is seeking a *Security Technical Program Manager (TPM)* to support our client's security initiatives. This is a temporary role based in a remote region. The position involves managing complex security programs, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance across various security capabilities. Join our client's team to help deliver impactful security projects and reduce organizational risk. There is no application deadline for this role. *Security Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and organize strategic security programs, establishing milestones, success metrics, and tracking progress against objectives.
  • Escalate potential risks and issues proactively to senior leadership to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee dependencies across teams such as Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to facilitate project delivery.
  • Support planning cycles, including prioritization of security initiatives and investment justification.
  • Develop structured governance and reporting protocols to ensure accountability and transparency.

*Security Technical Program Manager Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in technical program management, cybersecurity, or risk management.
  • Experience with Product Security, DevSecOps, or security domains like AI/ML Security, Identity, or Platform Security.
  • Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as PCI and ISO, as well as operational security practices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and legal teams and influence without direct authority.
