Key Responsibilities:
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions effectively
- Escalating unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to improve service delivery
- Staying updated with company products, policies, and platform changes
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support, especially live chat, is preferred
- Excellent written communication and typing skills (45+ WPM recommended)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
Shift Availability:
We offer two shifts to accommodate your schedule:
- Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
