Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide product and solutions expertise
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
