As a Customer Enablement Architecture Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about transforming government IT and building a workforce that fuels this mission.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Enablement Architecture Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into initiatives, including workflow optimization and system enhancements
  • Posting and communicating service interruption notifications to stakeholders in the event of unscheduled downtime, planned maintenance, or lagging system performance, ensuring transparency and timely updates
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with arenaflex's operational and strategic goals
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership for tracking and resolution of risks, issues, and backlog items
  • Maintaining and enhancing business processes through documentation, SOP development, and process mapping
  • Supporting the integration and use of tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other business applications
  • Leading business-related communications, including stakeholder management, marketing strategies, and team coordination

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance

Preferred Skills and Experience

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of healthcare, finance, or technology industries
  • Experience with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint)
  • Experience with query-based exchange systems and enterprise reporting

Compensation and Benefits

The posted salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
