Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experiences

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Compensation

* Pay from $25 to $29 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

  • Includes $2 Shift Differential
