Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our Customer Success team on a 3-6 month contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our high-volume renewal cycle by generating quotes quickly and accurately using Salesforce. What You'll Do:
As a Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers, ensuring timely and accurate quote generation
- Generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms, meeting our high standards for quality and efficiency
- Submit quotes for internal approvals when needed, maintaining open communication with the Customer Success team
- Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are ready for delivery, guaranteeing seamless execution
- Targeting 12-15 quotes/day, you'll be working in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment that requires focus, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Interface only with internal stakeholders, with no external communication or technical troubleshooting responsibilities
What You Won't Do:
As a Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you won't be responsible for:
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration, allowing you to focus on quote generation and data entry
- Customer communication or technical troubleshooting, ensuring your expertise is utilized in a high-value capacity
Ideal Background:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud or CPQ HIGHLY preferred), with a solid understanding of its capabilities and applications
- Experience preparing quotes, contracts, or renewal documentation, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of business processes
- Comfort navigating spreadsheets and large data sets, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex information
- Fast, accurate, and organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Must be able to work EST or CST, with a flexible schedule that accommodates our team's needs
