Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our existing and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities

* Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility for our clients

  • Handle incoming customer service calls, providing timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries
  • Dispatch incoming customer phone calls, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Respond to client requests for coverages, representing their best interests and providing personalized recommendations
  • Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system, ensuring clients understand their coverage options
  • Work closely with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies, and to develop your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with benefits enrollment and administration
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
