Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer service calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Assisting passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel policies
  • Resolving customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner
  • Providing accurate information about baggage policies, check-in, and airport services
  • Documenting interactions and follow-up actions in internal systems
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline protocols and promotions
  • Upholding arenaflex's reputation for warmth, hospitality, and efficiency

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industries (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A quiet, distraction-free home office setup and reliable internet connection
  • U.S. work authorization required
