Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, updating client and company information, and ensuring the integrity of client taxes. This is a 3-4 month contract opportunity, with the potential to lead to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into internal and external systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Loading client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases
- Updating client and company information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the integrity of client taxes
- Collaborating with the team to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
