- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to provide helpful and professional support

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling
- Comfortable using Windows-based software and internet browsing
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
