About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately communicating with customers and escalating interactions when necessary
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues and upselling opportunities
Qualifications
We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate complex situations and prioritize tasks effectively
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you will need:- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
