Real estate compliance & transaction coordinator

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-14

What You’ll Own

  • Drive residential real estate deals from kickoff to closing and beyond
  • Keep every file audit-ready, deadline-safe, and friction-free
  • Be the control tower that keeps agents, lenders, and title partners aligned
  • Turn moving parts into a clean, predictable pipeline

Deal Execution

  • Launch new files, set up workflows, and maintain pristine digital records
  • Juggle a high-volume pipeline without dropping a single thread
  • Standardize file structure and ensure every document lands where it should

Quality & Compliance

  • Scrutinize agreements, disclosures, and addenda for accuracy and completeness
  • Validate signatures, dates, and required forms before they become problems
  • Close gaps fast—chase missing items and correct errors with urgency
  • Keep each file aligned to internal checklists and audit standards

Timeline Control

  • Map and monitor key milestones: inspections, financing, appraisal, closing
  • Send nudges before things slip—not after
  • Flag risks early and escalate anything that could derail timelines

Stakeholder Sync

  • Coordinate daily with agents, lenders, title/escrow, and internal teams
  • Share crisp status updates and next actions—no guesswork, no noise
  • Clear conditions quickly so deals keep moving

Close-Out Discipline

  • Run a final pre-close sweep to ensure zero loose ends
  • Package and archive completed files to meet compliance requirements
  • Maintain clean records for easy retrieval and audits

Must-Haves

  • 1–3+ years supporting real estate transactions, compliance, or similar operations
  • Obsessive attention to detail—you catch what others miss
  • Clear, professional English communication (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage volume and hit deadlines without chaos
  • Strong organization and follow-through—you finish what you start

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Dotloop, SkySlope, or equivalent systems
  • Working knowledge of U.S. real estate paperwork and closing flow
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based agents or brokerages remotely

Setup & Tools

  • Stable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
  • Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and keep processes tidy
