Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards
  • Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that our clients' needs are met
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to grow their business
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales strategies
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • A minimum of 16+ hours per week, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily
  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM - 6:30PM CST
  • Be available for flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Meet the minimum typing speed requirement of 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
