Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, working closely with multiple clients throughout the day to provide outstanding service and product knowledge. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling incoming customer service calls, responding to client requests, and creating and explaining individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
Key Responsibilities
* Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
- Handle incoming customer service calls
- Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
- Accept customer calls and return customer
- Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests
- Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
- Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Experience working with clients in a sales or service capacity
- Certification in customer service or a related field
