A Typical Day as a WFH Data Entry - Customer Success Associate
As a WFH Data Entry - Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:- Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns, while verifying data and information using a verification process.
- Addressing customer questions, displaying exceptional customer service skills, and documenting both customer concerns and solutions.
- Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.
- Keeping our community safe and making a positive impact through your work.
What We're Looking for in a Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need:- One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Strong computer skills: Proficiency in using computers, with dual monitor experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to handle high call volumes: Capacity to handle a high volume of calls, while adhering to scheduled breaks and lunches.
- Reliable internet connection: A stable internet connection, either via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi, in a quiet and distraction-free area.
- Ability to work from home: A dedicated workspace at home, with minimal distractions and interruptions.
