The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing quick and accurate assistance to customers visiting our clients' websites. You'll be responsible for engaging with visitors online, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience during their online interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Requirements

* Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment

  • PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
  • Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • The ability to compose professional emails is a plus
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
  • An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
