Experienced Customer Service Representative – Propane Industry Expert

Join Our Team

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status. You'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and dispatch, to coordinate efficient propane deliveries and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintaining customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the system
  • Promoting and upselling additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate
  • Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutions
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Able to multi-task well and prioritize workload
  • Able to exercise progressive decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work, and exceed, in a time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the propane industry and its regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
