Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to AT&T customers via chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and empathetic solutions to their concerns
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members or other departments as needed

Requirements
