Job Description
No sponsorship available. No third-party/C2C applicants. This is a REMOTE role with up to 75% required travel. Applicants must reside in the United States to be eligible for consideration. They need you, a skilled Desktop Support Analyst, to join the team and help take on some exciting upcoming projects! What you get to do:
- Deliver technical support to end-users for all computer software and hardware-related issues
- Play a critical role in refreshing computer laptops for a new system deployment to the cloud
- Perform diagnostics testing to remediate technical issues
- Install, modify, and repair computer software and hardware
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of Tier 1 desktop support experience
- Proven ability to create and install computer images with the capacity to image multiple computers simultaneously
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking
- Microsoft PC troubleshooting skills
