  • 7+ years of IT support experience, including 4+ years at an MSP
  • Skilled with O365, Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and core networking concepts
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and security baselines
  • U.S. Citizen

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for advanced hardware, software, cloud, and network issues across client environments.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for endpoints, servers, Microsoft cloud services, networking devices, backups, and mobile device management.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of users and systems, deploy security tools, and maintain detailed ticket documentation.
  • Collaborate with junior technicians and third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
