Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
- Design, update, and maintain the company website and landing pages.
- Create web graphics, banners, and digital marketing assets.
- Manage website content, ensuring branding and messaging consistency.
- Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Support social media and marketing teams with visual and technical web requirements.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
- Maintain website security, integrations, and user access permissions.
- Handle our company's social media accounts (X, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube, IG, LinkedIn).
- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
- Segment audiences for personalized and behavior-based campaigns.
- Manage and maintain email databases to ensure accuracy, list health, and deliverability.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance.
- Monitor and report on key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates).
- Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling, on-brand email content.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
- Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools.
- Explore integrations with CRM, website, and paid marketing channels to enhance results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and deliverability best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho (preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising (a plus but not required).
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment (preferred).
- Basic design skills in Canva or similar (bonus).
