The Role Own the strategy and delivery of core platform capabilities that power seamless, secure player experiences across our gaming ecosystem. What you will be doing

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap, managing backlogs and sprint planning while coordinating cross-functional teams to hit key milestones
  • Optimize platform performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to boost speed, stability, and user experience across registration, payments, and account services
  • Partner with designers to create intuitive platform experiences and enhance usability across web and mobile touchpoints
  • Lead delivery coordination across engineering, design, and operations teams, ensuring everyone stays aligned and accountable
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions through stakeholder engagement and detailed requirements definition
  • Hit the ground running by quickly integrating into existing systems and processes to maintain delivery momentum

What we are looking for

  • Solid product management experience with digital platforms, particularly in payments, fraud prevention, account management, or gaming
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through engineering, design, and operations in fast-paced product delivery
  • Strong UX collaboration skills with hands-on experience optimizing user experiences and working closely with design teams
  • Technical solution mapping abilities—you can translate business requirements into detailed technical specs and system integrations
  • End-to-end product lifecycle management experience from concept through to successful launch
  • Agile methodology expertise including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation
