Our clinical model is supported by a strong operational backbone, ensuring patients and providers have seamless, reliable experiences.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Clinical Partnerships Manager</strong> at Nabi, you’ll be responsible for expanding access to care by growing our referral network. This is a provider-facing role where your primary goal is to generate patient referrals by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers. You’ll educate practices about Nabi’s services and support them in the referral process.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and turning them into long-term referral partners</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive a steady stream of patient referrals</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with clinical and operations team members to ensure providers and patients have a smooth experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work primarily remotely, with occasional in-person events such as conferences and partner site visits to deepen provider relationships and represent Nabi in the field</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div></li></ul><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Active or former Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with clinical experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong clinical credibility and ability to engage peer-to-peer with physicians, therapists, and other referring providers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable operating independently in a remote, startup environment<br></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Bonus (Highly Preferred)</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Former private practice owner, co-founder, or clinical director with experience scaling a practice</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated track record of converting clinical relationships into patient referrals</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Existing referral network spanning PCPs, OBGYNs, therapists, psychiatrists, or other specialist</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive base pay and referral-driven commission</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Health, dental, and vision insurance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reimbursement for home technology and field expenses</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div>
