Customer Service Specialist (Solar Energy)

We are currently expanding our remote support team to ensure our customers receive top-tier assistance seven days a week. salary: $25 - $32 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

The Daily Mission - Must have experience working in the Solar Energy Sector.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, managing a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex solar-related inquiries at the first point of contact whenever possible.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Billing departments to bridge communication gaps and resolve multifaceted issues.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of direct experience in the solar energy sector is required to navigate industry-specific inquiries.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and the ability to handle a remote-based environment
  • A record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as First Contact Resolution (FCR), CSAT scores, and handle times.
