A leading data and technology company is hiring *a Payroll Clerk 1 *to support a remote out-of-region team. This role involves processing payroll data, verifying input accuracy, calculating wages and deductions, maintaining records, and generating reports. The position offers opportunities to work with essential payroll systems. There is no application deadline for this role. *Payroll Clerk 1 - Responsibilities:*

• Collect and compile payroll data from various records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Validate time inputs and identify any errors or discrepancies for correction.
• Calculate wages, taxes, deductions, and update payroll records accordingly.
• Enter payroll data into computer systems, prepare input forms, and post wages.
• Monitor reports for issues, reconcile errors, and update employee payroll information.

*Payroll Clerk 1 - Qualifications:*

• 1-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Ceridian payroll systems is required.
• Ability to review and correct payroll calculations for accuracy.
• Knowledge of payroll deductions, taxes, and employee record management.
• Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
