Experienced Customer Service Representative (French & English) – Blockchain Ecosystem Support

Our customer support platform is built on a ticketing system and live chat, where you'll engage with customers, address their queries, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

* Handle high-volume live chat and other online tools, providing swift and accurate responses to customer inquiries

  • Offer comprehensive and valid information, adhering to our communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Collaborate with other business units to provide seamless customer liaison and accurately document customer requests
  • Manage complaints, provide effective solutions, and offer options within set time limits, ensuring resolution and follow-up
  • Go above and beyond to engage customers, fostering a positive and supportive experience
  • Participate in cross-functional support, catering to users across various language lines, including French and English

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or e-commerce industry

  • College degree or above
  • Native-level fluency in French and advanced English is mandatory to support our users in this role
  • Previous experience with cross-functional support is advantageous
  • High level of honesty and integrity, with a proactive and meticulous approach
  • Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding expectations
  • Positive attitude towards the customer service industry and willingness to adapt to different work shifts
  • Familiarity with the crypto industry and its potential
