This role is fully remote and ideal for clinicians who are passionate about culturally responsive care and flexible telehealth delivery. <br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul> <li>Perform intakes and assessments</li> <li>Create individualized treatment plans for each client</li> <li>Provide individual (and/or group) psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms<br>Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning<br>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland regulations<br>Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care to diverse populations<br>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed<br>Adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and state licensing requirements<br><br> </li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><div>Active, unrestricted <strong>Maryland clinical license</strong>, such as:</div><ul> <li>LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical)</li> <li>LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)</li> <li>LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)</li> <li>Licensed Psychologist</li> <li>Fluent in <strong>English and Spanish</strong> (spoken and written)</li> <li>Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field</li> <li>Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, and/or families</li> <li>Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records</li> </ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>Experience in virtual/telehealth settings</li> <li>Familiarity with Maryland Medicaid and/or commercial insurance documentation</li> <li>Specialties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family systems, or multicultural counseling</li> </ul><div><strong> What We Offer </strong></div><ul><li>100% remote, flexible scheduling<br>Competitive compensation (hourly or per-session, depending on model)<br>HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform<br>Opportunities for professional growth and supervision (if applicable)<br><br><br> </li></ul> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
