Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our part-time Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with customers to resolve package delivery issues and provide exceptional service
  • Documenting delivery flow and package tracking information into our system
  • Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle
  • Partnering with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

  • The ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
