Job Summary
As a Patient Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients, responding to phone inquiries, and addressing their concerns with care and empathy. You'll work closely with our team to ensure patients receive the best possible advice and support. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient phone inquiries and address their concerns with care, detail, and empathy
- Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by using your knowledge, problem-solving skills, and support from your team
- Document all patient interactions in real-time, using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly
- Identify and empathetically address patient concerns, escalating appropriately when necessary
- Collaborate with our team to ensure patients receive the best possible advice and support
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
- 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
* College or Junior College education with a healthcare focus
- Medical Terminology training
- Pharmacy or Benefits training
