Responsibilities

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they have the right insurance solutions for their needs
  • Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring that customers have authentic experiences with our company, from initial contact to resolution
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in challenging situations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, having the following skills and qualifications can be beneficial:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with insurance industry software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
