As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate communication. Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring timely closure
- Emailing responses to customers to provide updates and ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
- Collaborating with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly preferred)
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
