You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them to create memorable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
- Travel Planning: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client preferences.
- Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Customer Service: Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel. Address any issues or changes in travel plans promptly.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry news to offer the best recommendations.
- Sales: Promote and upsell additional travel services and packages to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel industry, customer service, or sales.
- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
