Sr. Analyst, QI Compliance

At Molina Healthcare, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Analyst, QI Compliance to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support our Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of expertise in QI processes, have a commitment to quality and accuracy, and be able to lead a team and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in QI Compliance, including 5+ years’ experience in a related field, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Public Health), and a deep understanding of regulations and standards related to QI and Compliance. Additionally, the candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: ● Lead and support Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ● Lead and manage a team to ensure quality and accuracy of QI processes. ● Analyze and interpret data and reports related to QI and Compliance. ● Develop and implement strategies for QI improvement. ● Monitor and analyze QI performance to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. ● Resolve any QI and Compliance related issues in an efficient manner. ● Identify opportunities for improvement in QI processes and make recommendations. ● Train and mentor team members on QI processes and best practices. ● Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. ● Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
