Senior Sales Executive | €220K OTE + Car Allowance | FinTech SaaS | DACH Location: DACH Languages: German & English Industry: FinTech / Tax Technology / SaaS Product: Cloud platform automating tax compliance, reporting, and filings globally Why Join? Compensation & Perks OTE: €220K (50/50 split) Car allowance: €750/month 30 vacation days Private medical, life & disability insurance Paid parental leave What You’ll Do Drive new business across Mid-Market accounts in DACH Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → demo → close Build pipeline primarily through outbound (with marketing & partner support) Sell consultatively to CFOs and finance stakeholders ACV: €20K–€50K with big outliers | Sales cycle: 3–6 months Collaborate with partners for co-selling opportunities The Opportunity Be a key part of scaling the DACH region, working closely with leadership and influencing GTM strategy. Gain exposure to enterprise deals and long-term international growth opportunities. What You Bring 5+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS, ERP, FinTech or similar) 3+ years closing experience in new business roles Strong hunter mentality with proven pipeline generation Experience selling into Mid-Market / Enterprise Understanding of ERP systems Fluent German and English Comfortable working remotely and using modern tools (incl. AI) Nice to Have: Experience in tax tech or regulatory environments Partner/channel sales experience Knowledge of DACH tax landscape A high-impact role combining market ownership, strong earning potential, and the backing of a global SaaS leader.
