Job Title: Oracle OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) Consultant Location: Remote US Citizens only Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTL Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud HCM. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline time tracking, workforce management, and payroll integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules based on business requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for time capture, approvals, and payroll integration.
  • Configure time entry rules, layouts, approval workflows, and time categories.
  • Integrate OTL with Payroll, HRMS, Projects, and other Oracle modules.
  • Support system testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional/technical support.
  • Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Develop and maintain functional design documents (FDDs) and setup documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
  • Good understanding of Oracle HRMS / HCM modules.
  • Experience in configuring time entry rules, approval hierarchies, and time processing.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and integration with OTL.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud HCM environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
