What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain a high-performing WordPress-based website.
- Configure and optimize caching systems (page, object, and browser caching).
- Implement CDN solutions for media delivery and migrate existing assets.
- Improve overall site performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed metrics.
- Handle bug fixes and ongoing technical improvements.
- Ensure the website remains secure, compatible, well-documented, and up to date.
What you must have:
- Experience working with WordPress, with a strong focus on performance and optimization.
- Experience with caching tools and technologies such as WP Rocket, Redis, Cloudflare, or similar.
- An advanced level of English.
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong understanding of website performance best practices (Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed).
- Ability to work independently and suggest improvements proactively.
