About the Role: Area Manager at arenaflex
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, every time. You'll play a key role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while also collaborating with our support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:
* Support, Mentor, and Motivate Your Hourly Workforce: Lead and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Delivery Promises: Ensure that our customers receive their orders on time, every time, while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Support Teams: Work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans to meet business objectives.
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, and work in an environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions.
- Communication and Teamwork: Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud.
