Job Description: Supply Chain Analyst – Asia, Center of Excellence Job Summary: ​ The primary focus is to manage purchasing data and to develop logistics solutions, accountable for the smooth and effective process flow, interfaces and adherence to the defined quality standards. Forecast and analyses volume from different regions. Negotiate rates with carriers for the assigned trade lane; Follow, implement and monitor the operational KPI from Asia operation. Key Job Responsibilities: Sourcing strategies: Manage projects to ensure OTD with tracking, expedite and coordination Analyze data using digital tools to support sourcing strategies development Back office support: Responsible for sourcing data management in SAP and other digital tools Logistics Operation: Responsible for working with suppliers on shipping arrangement, transit time estimation, packaging solutions etc. Qualifications: Able to speak Mandarin, English College degree 8 ~12 + years of experience in dealing with oversea customers Excellent data analytical skills Preferred qualifications: 5+ years experiences in project management incl. tracking, expedite and reporting Metal background is preferred Experiences in negotiation with suppliers and internal coordination Innovations: able to give concrete examples in problem solving ​At Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
