Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence from policyholders and third-party stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, adhere to operational standards, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence from policyholders and third-party stakeholders

  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information
  • Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction, including phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Maintain department standards for the number of calls, average handle time, and time management
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and operational standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment

  • Additional experience as a Receptionist or in a role where you commonly took calls on a daily basis (Strict Requirement)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Remote experience strongly preferred but not required
  • Reliable internet connection (Must meet a minimum of 20 UPLOAD & 20 DOWNLOAD internet speed and must be a hard-wired connection)
  • Must have a smartphone to access VPN
  • Insurance industry experience considered a plus but not a requirement
  • For safety reasons, you must have or be willing to obtain a fire extinguisher to keep in your home
  • Quiet and professional workplace
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm
  • Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

Training and Development

* 2-3 weeks long in duration

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST
  • Ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Schedule and Availability

* Work from home

  • Nationwide (Not Including Houston, TX, Miami, FL, New York, California, Hawaii, Washington, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Vermont, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Maine, and Wyoming)
  • Needs open availability M-F between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm CST
  • Will be assigned to a 40-hour workweek
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • No weekend shifts unless overtime is presented on the weekend
  • Full-time positions only (No part-time)

Equipment and Resources

* Candidates must have a smartphone for this role to access VPN

  • All other equipment will be provided by arenaflex
