<p>Description</p><p> </p><p>OWNER-OPERATOR DRIVER RECRUITER – FULLY REMOTE!</p><p><br></p><p>Company Description</p><p>The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified owner operators for both liquid and dry bulk transportation operations. This role serves as a key partner to terminal and hiring managers, ensuring fleet needs are met and customer demands are supported. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and results-driven, with a passion for recruiting and building relationships within the transportation industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Summary of Essential Job Functions</p><p>· Meet or exceed monthly hiring goals by actively recruiting owner operator.</p><p>· Make consistent outreach attempts to all applicants, with thorough documentation of each contact and application status.</p><p>· Partner with terminal managers to align recruitment efforts with local fleet needs and customer demand.</p><p>· Leverage the company’s hiring matrix and DOT standards to qualify driver applicants.</p><p>· Order and review Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports</p><p>· Schedule and monitor pre-employment drug screens and DOT physicals.</p><p>· Coordinate and schedule driver orientation</p><p>· Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.</p><p>· Knowledge of Tenstreet required</p><p>· Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.</p><p>Requirements</p><p> </p><h3>Requirements</h3><p>Required Skills and Qualifications</p><p>· Experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers in transportation industry</p><p>· Working knowledge of DOT regulations and hiring compliance requirements.</p><p>· Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.</p><p>· Knowledge of Tenstreet preferred</p><p>· Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Abilities Required</strong></p><p>These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
