Develop and implement a strategic plan for retail store growth, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of retail store development initiatives. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new retail stores. Negotiate lease agreements and manage relationships with landlords and property owners. Oversee the design and construction process of new retail stores, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Develop and manage budgets for retail store development projects. Hire, train, and manage a team of retail store development professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of retail store development efforts and make necessary adjustments. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail store development, and make recommendations for improvement based on this knowledge. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction and experience in retail store design and development. Represent Comcast at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the company's retail store development initiatives. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging and customer experience in retail stores.
