Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and solutions
- Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
- Multi-tasking with ease to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Meeting sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to inform business decisions
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple email threads and prioritize tasks effectively
- A strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
- The ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Solid sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- A determination to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
- Personal accountability, with a focus on taking ownership of your work and delivering results
- A contact center background, with experience in customer service and support
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills, a plus in a diverse and growing market
