Your Role as a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers
- Responding to calls and emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions
- Ensuring timely confirmation of orders and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide real-time assistance and support
- Continuously learning and improving your skills to advance individual and team goals
Your Journey with arenaflex
Here's a breakdown of your role expectations as a Customer Service Associate in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:
Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)
* Complete new hire orientation and gain knowledge about arenaflex's operations and the live event industry
- Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers
- Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions
Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities
- Navigate order queues and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance
Seller Operations Associate (90 days in)
* Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals
- Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

Work Environment and Schedule
* Office Location: Coppell, TX
- Work Schedule:
+ The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training. Training is paid and all in-office. + Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. + Hours: - 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off - 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off
Compensation and Benefits
* $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility
- Bi-annual bonuses
- Annual equity grant
- Overtime eligibility for any hours worked over 40/week
