This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving how our product is positioned, launched, and adopted across the entire customer lifecycle. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of GTM to join our team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere globally, with a preference for candidates who can work within or overlap with Pacific Time hours.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br>You will own an end-to-end GTM strategy and execution across our product portfolio, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your mandate is to ensure our products are clearly positioned, successfully launched, and to drive measurable revenue and customer impact. Together with all teams, the Director of GTM is responsible for the continued success of SalesCloser.ai. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong style="font-size: 24px;">RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Own and lead all go-to-market strategy and execution for SalesCloser.ai</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Partner with Product to translate roadmap and releases into clear positioning, messaging, and GTM plans</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Work closely with Sales to enable success through playbooks, talk tracks, training, and competitive insights</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure campaigns, messaging, and content align with product value and target segments</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify opportunities</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Define, track, and optimize GTM performance metrics, including adoption, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Ensure cross-functional alignment and readiness before, during, and after product launches</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Build and manage GTM processes, timelines, and documentation</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and key customers</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Drive continuous improvement in how we bring products to market</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Other duties as assigned.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p> <p><strong style="font-size: 24px;">QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">7 to 10 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, revenue strategy, or a related field, ideally in B2B SaaS</span></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">Proven track record of leading cross-functional product launches with measurable business outcomes</span></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer journeys, and both product-led and sales-led growth models</span></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">Expertise in positioning, messaging, segmentation, and translating product capabilities into customer value</span></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">Experience working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams</span></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Experience in market research and competitive analysis</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">• Highly self-motivated with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills</span></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</span></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</span></p> <p>• <span style="font-size: 16px;">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</span></p> <p>• <strong style="font-size: 16px;">Fluent in English</strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"> (spoken and written).
