What to Expect as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

• Providing basic technical assistance and education regarding CPAP equipment to patients and their families
• Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our patients

What We're Looking for in a Candidate

• 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
• A strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues
